Dr. Alfin Sles is currently the Secretary General of Emaan Foundation Cambodia. He was a third Executive Director of Emaan Foundation and prior to this was an Assistant to Regional Director of IIIT East and Southeast Asia. Since the younger age, Alfin is actively involved in volunteer works, youth and students development. He is a presi dent of the Union of Muslim Youth of Cambodia (UMY), and a founding president of Cambodian Student Association in Malaysia. In academ ic sphere, Alfin is a part-time lecturer at Royal Academy of Cambodia, Phnom Penh International University, and National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Innovation (NIEI). He was a research assistant at Centre for Islamic Economics (CIE). Alfin earned a Ph.D. in Economics at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and hold a master in Islamic Bank ing and Finance from UNISHAM Malaysia..
