About EFC
Emaan Foundation Cambodia
Emaan Foundation Cambodia (EFC) is formerly known as Emaan Foundation for the Development of Education, Economy & Social. EFC is registered officially with Ministry of Interior, Kingdom of Cambodia in 2014. The Board of Directors comprised of distinguished leaders from both organizational and corporate sectors made of Cambodians and Singaporeans who are passionate about creating change in the lives of fellow Cambodians.

Vision
Exemplary Leader
All of us are leaders in action and we will be accountable to the people we lead. Leaders are everywhere in all strata of the community – we have class monitors in the classroom, students’ union in the university, business leaders in organisations, community leaders in non-profit organisations and political leaders in the government. We take lessons from the prophetic inspiration when one of the Companion, Abdullah ibn Umar reported from The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it.
